We are located in New Castle, Delaware with the modern and clean warehouse and neat office. We are looking for the customer support team member to support the overseas customers including the South Korea, Europe and Asia.

Customer Service/Interaction
- Order management for customers
- Proactive communication with customers and internal departments/staff
- Update and inform when needed and to help resolve issues with client support team
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Strong communication experience with team members
- Exceptional business communication skills
자격요건
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
· Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
· 1- 3 Years Experience: Customer Service (No required)
· Proficient Computer Skills including Google G-suite/Microsoft products
· General understanding of Help Desk/Ticketing System, preferably Freshdesk
· Troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
· Advanced level of effective communication (all forms)
· Exceptional leadership and team building skills
· Familiarity with Warehouse Distribution/Supply Chain processes including Shipping
Carriers (ie. UPS, Fedex, etc.)
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a very fast paced, dynamic
environment
· Ability to track and trace of carrier shipping status
· Understanding of E-Commerce order process
· Knowledge of inventory
· SKU management/ maintenance
· Manage Inquiry, Dispute and Problem Resolution
· Identify problems/root cause to issues and implement process or technical resolution to
support related tickets
· Improve overall customer satisfaction
Korean/English Bilingual Required
